1. Introduction

PT Dobeon Cipta Teknologi (“Dobeon”, “we”, “our”) operates the website at dobeon.id. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to anyone who visits the site or contacts us through it.

2. Information we collect

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, an optional company name, and the content of your message. We only collect this information when you choose to submit it.

Technical data

We use Vercel Web Analytics, which records anonymized page views, country, and device class. We do not set tracking cookies and do not use cross-site identifiers.

3. How we use the information

We use the information you provide to:

  • Respond to your inquiry or request.
  • Improve the content and performance of our site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

4. Data retention

Form submissions are forwarded by email to info@dobeon.com and are not stored in a separate database. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond to your request and is then archived in line with our internal records policy.

5. Third parties

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the site:

  • Vercel — hosting, CDN, and anonymized analytics.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — bot detection on the contact form.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery for contact submissions.

Each provider operates under its own privacy terms. We share only what is necessary to deliver the service.

6. Your rights

Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure of your data.
  • Restrict or object to processing.
  • Receive your data in a portable format.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@dobeon.com. We respond within 30 days.

7. Security

All traffic to the site is encrypted in transit using TLS. Internally we apply least-privilege access to email and operational tooling. We do not handle payment data through this site.

8. Children

This site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can remove it.

9. International transfers

Some of our processors (such as Vercel and Resend) may store or process data on servers located outside Indonesia. Where applicable, such transfers rely on standard contractual safeguards.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page along with a new “Last updated” date above.
